Tech Tool Vault is a tool-inventory and record-keeping application. It helps you track tools, loans, expenses, and generate reports. It is a record-keeping tool only.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location). Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You own the data you enter ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of Your Content, including tool values, serial numbers, receipts, and report details.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the Service, uploading unlawful content, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronKey Digital Holdings LLC and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of tools, data, profits, or business, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IronKey Digital Holdings LLC from claims and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and ownership) will survive.
Tech Tool Vault, its name, logo, design, and software are owned by IronKey Digital Holdings LLC and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or software except to use the Service as intended.
All third-party product names, company names, brand names, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and registered trademarks referenced anywhere in the Service are the property of their respective owners. This includes, but is not limited to:
AirCat, Arcan, Astro Pneumatic, Autel, Blue-Point, Bosch, Capri Tools, Channellock, Chicago Pneumatic, Cornwell, Craftsman, Daytona, DeWalt (including DeWalt ToughSystem® and TSTAK®), Fluke, GearWrench, Hein-Werner, Hobart, Husky (including Husky Build-Out®), Icon, Ingersoll Rand, Innova, Irwin, Klein Tools, Knipex, Kobalt, Lang, Launch, Legacy, Lincoln Electric, Lisle, Mac Tools, Makita, Matco, Metabo HPT, Miller, Milton, Milwaukee (including Milwaukee PACKOUT®), Norco, OTC, Pittsburgh, Power Probe, Proto, Ridgid (including RIDGID Pro Gear™), Ryobi, SK Tools, Snap-on, Stanley, Sunex, Tekton, Thexton, Vise-Grip, Wera, Wiha, Williams, and Wright Tool; and retailers and marketplaces such as Amazon, AutoZone, eBay, Harbor Freight, The Home Depot, Lowe's, and O'Reilly Auto Parts.
These names, marks, and logos are used in the Service for nominative and descriptive purposes only — to help you identify, organize, describe, locate, and account for your own tools and equipment. IronKey Digital Holdings LLC and Tech Tool Vault are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or in any way officially connected to any of these companies, and no such affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or sponsorship is claimed or implied. No challenge to any owner's rights in its marks is intended. Any trademark, brand name, or logo that is not the property of IronKey Digital Holdings LLC remains the exclusive property of its respective owner. If you are a rights holder and believe a reference should be corrected or removed, contact info@techtoolvault.com and we will respond promptly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
